Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in an ANRF-SERB project.
Title of the Project: “Polarization-Sensitive Infrared Photodetectors Based on Double van der Waals Heterostructures”
Name of the position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Essential qualifications for JRF:
1. M. Tech. in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology/Optoelectronics/Material science,/Electronics and
communication with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
or
M.Sc. in Electronics/Physics/ Nanoscience & Nanotechnology with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
2. Qualified in any of the following National eligibility test/exams:
a. CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE
b. National-level examination conducted by Central Govt. Departments and their agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc. Desirable Qualification: Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of one year of research experience in 2D materials.
Age limit for JRF: 35 years
Salary JRF (per month): As per funding agency norms.
Duration: The initial appointment will be for one year, extendable based on performance until the project’s completion.
